During holiday periods, delivery times may be longer due to increased demand and courier delays.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if processing has begun.
Custom or commissioned orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Custom artwork and commissions require a non-refundable deposit of 50% before work begins.
Once the final piece is completed, the remaining balance must be paid before shipping or collection.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for custom orders, as they are made specifically for you.
Minor adjustments may be made upon request, but major revisions may incur additional costs.
Custom orders typically take 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity. Timelines will be discussed before starting.

Your personal information is used solely for processing your order and will never be shared or sold.
We comply with GDPR regulations for customers in the UK and EU.
Payment details are handled by third-party payment processors and are not stored by us.

All artwork, including prints and digital downloads, is for personal use only.
Buyers may not reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute any purchased artwork without prior permission.
Custom commissions remain the intellectual property of the artist unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
