• Custom or commissioned artworks may take longer; specific timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• UK Shipping (Tracked & Insured)

  • Small Items (Prints, Merch, Small Artworks): 3-5 business days

  • Medium-Sized Art (Framed Prints, Medium Canvases, Heavy Art Materials): 3-7 business days

  • Large Artworks (Original Paintings, Large Canvases, Framed Work): 5-10 business days

• International Shipping (Tracked & Insured)

  • Small Items: 7-14 business days

  • Medium-Sized Art: 7-14 business days

  • Large Artworks: 10-21 business days

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Free UK shipping is available for orders over £150.

• International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Original Paintings & Custom Artwork

• Due to the unique nature of original paintings and commissioned artwork, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

• If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund review.

Prints & Small Items

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return prints or small items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@dartiste.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
